Click Control + Shift +X to open Extension Browser and type “postgres”, look for PostgreSQL — Chris Kolkman and install
You’ll find Database Symbol in the Left Down Corner, Click open and browse thru your local DB, Prior to it, you’d need to configure your Database with its proper credentials.
